RSA’s A- S&P rating “seriously at risk”
RSA may be facing a further downgrade from rating agency Standard and Poor’s putting the insurer’s most significant operations outside the range of many of its business partners.
In an analyst note, Stuart Shiperlee of Litmus Analysis said the insurer could face a "BBB" financial strength rating for its core carriers after it was downgraded to "A-" by S&P last night.
