Ironshore Australia and Inter Hanover announce M&A agreement
Ironshore Australia has reached an agency agreement with Inter Hanover for M&A insurance business primarily emanating from Australia and New Zealand.
The agreement will provide M&A clients and brokers with the enhanced strength of Ironshore’s Pembroker Lloyd’s Syndicate and Inter Hanover’s balance sheet, a statement from Ironshore said.
