The future of regulation for Hong Kong

Hong Kong's insurance industry is currently digesting a consultation document on the future of its regulatory regime. Nicky Burridge talks to the market to get early reactions about the feelings on the ground.

Hong Kong's insurance regulatory regime is in a state of flux after the government launched a three-month consultation on the introduction of a new body to oversee the industry.
