Francis accepts nomination for Swiss Re board
Mary Francis has been proposed for election to Swiss Re's board of directors at its next annual general meeting in April 2013, and to join the board of directors of Swiss Reinsurance Company on 1 October 2012.
If elected, Francis will join the board of directors as a new non-executive independent member for a three-year term of office.
Effective from 1 October 2012, she will also join the board of directors
