Heavy rain death toll rises in India
Earlier than usual monsoon rain has killed at least 70 people in India, with the north of the country the worst hit.
At least 45 people have died in the Himilayan state of Uttarakhand, others, according to reports, have died in Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
The strong raisn have caused flooding and landslides
