Generali director resigns
Leonardo Del Vecchio has resigned from the board of directors at Generali.
Reports suggest that founder of Luxottica, the Italian eyewear group, unexpectedly quit the board of Generali in an escalating stand-off about governance at the insurer chaired by Cesare Geronzi.
