Career development: Skills shortages still surfacing says CII survey

More than half of UK insurers are still suffering from a dearth of technical skills according to a survey from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

The CII found that while the situation is improving, 59% of GI-focused CII members and employers are facing skills shortages.

The figure represents the lowest proportion since the CII began its survey
