Axa and Accident Exchange reach agreement on Autofocus fraud
Four years after Accident Exchange revealed the details of the Autofocus fraud scandal, Axa and Accident Exchange have agreed a settlement to their long running dispute.
The acceptance of this offer brings an end to the long-running litigation, which arose when it was discovered that car hire rate evidence supplied to UK insurers by Autofocus was unreliable.
