CVC in exclusive talks over Domestic & General deal
Private equity house CVC is closing in on a deal to acquire home appliance insurer Domestic & General according to reports.
The insurer is currently owned by fellow PE group Advent International, which bought it for £529m in 2007 in a deal backed with £434m of debt.
