RSA boss wins pay boost despite dividend drop

RSA group chief executive Simon Lee has seen his total remuneration increase over the course of 2012 in spite of the insurer’s final dividend falling by almost 2p this year.

Lee's total pay package increased from £1.1m in 2011 to £1.5m last year, with a bonus of £481 000 going to the chief executive.
