Amlin-backed cyber risks managing general agent is to ring fence data breach notification costs from main policy limits in a bid to protect small and mid-market clients.
The plans will protect the main policy from the potentially high costs of notifications individuals affected by a breach, as required under privacy legislation, keeping the full original policy limit
