How it works: Business Insurers Insight Report Methodology

Between late August and early November 2011, 360 broker readers of Post Magazine or Insurance Age, representing a full cross-section of the market, completed an online questionnaire addressing the service they'd been getting from their commercial insurers.

Respondents were instructed to grade insurers of which they had had hands-on experience during the previous 12 months, on the aspects of service to which they’d been personally exposed.
