Law firms poised for top-25 merger
Legal bosses from Beachcroft and Davies Arnold Cooper are remaining tight-lipped over merger talks — despite market speculation a decision could be reached within a week.
If successful, the merger would create a £175m insurance law firm, with a combined total of 225 partners, 11 UK offices and four overseas.
Last week, Beachcroft managing partner Paul Murray admitted
