XL adds to professional lines underwriting team
Underwriters join from Zurich and Liberty
XL Insurance has appointed two financial institutions underwriters, Gerard Bloom and Neale Stevenson, to its London-based professional lines team.
Mr Bloom will head the new financial institutions
