Willis Group Holdings has announced that it has acquired the remaining 30% of the shares it did not already own of Willis Polska, its Polish subsidiary.
Willis Polska was established in the early 1990s when the Central European markets opened up. It has grown strongly over the years and according to the company the acquisition of the remaining sharesOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
