Guernsey and China sign regulation MoU
Guernsey has signed a memorandum of understanding with the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, signalling an increased level of cooperation between the regulatory bodies of both markets.
It is hoped that the move will lead to increased cooperation between the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and the CIRC of the People's Republic of China.
