Dave Gill appointed to head of operations at Allianz UK
Allianz UK has appointed Dave Gill to head up all of its specialty operations including Petplan.
In his role as head of operations, Gill will be responsible for heading up the insurer’s specialty operations including Petplan and Allianz Musical Instruments.
