Collateral lies ruling 'a blow to honest customers', says ABI
Today’s Supreme Court ruling on the inability of collateral lies to invalidate an insurance claim could come as a blow to honest customers, the Association of British Insurers has warned.
"Allowing ‘collateral lies' in the course of an insurance claim flies in the face of the work that the insurance industry and the government have been doing to crack down on the cheats and fraudsters
