Claims Portal boss Wallis responds to TPA criticisms
Claims Portal chairman Tim Wallis has clarified there are various options available for third party administrators within the portal.
His comments follow comment made to Post by Gallagher Bassett claims controller Andrew Sewell that the options available via the portal for TPAs acting on behalf of self-insured organisations are
