Ombudsman reveals 15% spike in complaints
The Financial Ombudsman Service has revealed a 15% increase in the number of complaints received between 1 January and 30 June when compared with 2012 figures.
During that period the service took on 327,035 new complaints. More than 95% of these cases came from 195 of the more than 10 000 businesses the ombudsman covers.
Complaints about payment protection
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
