Government claims ELIB plans are 'not forgotten'
The coalition government has been urged to make a decision on the Employers' Liability Insurance Bureau after maintaining a year-long silence on the issue.
The Department for Work and Pensions first mooted an ELIB in February 2010 under the Labour government, but has yet to announce its next steps despite the deadline for consultation responses expiring
