Ombudsman GI complaints dip for Q3
Numbers of enquiries received by the Financial Services Ombudsman on general insurance products excluding payment protection insurance fell in the final three months of 2014.
The watchdog received more than 16,000 complaints on GI products in both the first and second quarters of 2014, but saw enquiries drop to 13,435 in the third quarter.
The sum brings the total volume
