Norway's Gard on P&I cover for Hoegh Osaka
Norwegian insurer Gard has confirmed it is the P&I insurer for the Hoegh Osaka cargo ship that has run aground off the Isle of Wight.
The insurer is also the claims lead on the hull and machinery policy, of which it has a share.
The ship, which was transporting 1400 cars and between 70 and 80 pieces of construction equipment, listed
