Axa fails in first Accident Exchange Autofocus retrial before a judge
Axa has been made to pay Accident Exchange in the first retrial involving fraudulent Autofocus evidence.
In the case - Business Integration UK v Axa - which was heard by His Honour Judge Kay QC in Slough County Court, judgment was given for the value of the hire charges claimed in the appeal resulting
