GI products in top three for FCA complaints
Financial Conduct Authority data has put general insurance products in the top three most complained about financial services products for the six months to June 2014.
Payment protection insurance, the most complained about product, received 1 236 899 complaints, followed by current banking accounts (319 505 complaints) and general insurance (318 502 complaints).
