Co-op censured over failure to meet CMA deadline
Co-op Insurance has been ordered to provide customers with the price of its no-claims bonus protection.
The Competition and Markets Authority said, in addition, Co-op will have to provide a fixed rate for all motorists renewing their no-claims bonus protection with the insurer.
