While whiplash reform has grabbed all the headlines of late, potential changes to the recoverability of legal costs in personal injury claims could be just as significant for the industry

Following the Jackson reforms, the Fixed Recoverable Costs regime applies to personal injury claims valued at £25,000 or less. Costs for higher-value claims are managed by the courts through budgeting
