Cooper Gay hires global M&A head
Cooper Gay Swett and Crawford have hired Oliver Homer as global head of mergers and acquisitions, effective 17th June 2013.
In this newly created role based in London, Homer will be responsible for M&A activity across the CGSC group.
Homer joins from Keefe Bruyette & Woods, the US investment bank specialising in insurance
