Aviva eyes technology turnaround following CIO hire
Aviva has appointed former BT Retail managing director Monique Shivanandan as chief information officer.
Shivanandan will take up her new role in April and will join Aviva's group executive committee, reporting to group chief executive Mark Wilson.
She has more than 25 years' experience in information
