Government has 'forgotten' innocent whiplash claimants, says Mass
The Motor Accident Solicitors Society has branded the government's proposals to raise the small claims limit and packages of reforms "irresponsible".
Mass was responding to the government's call for an increase in the personal injury small claims court limit to £5000.
