Parliament debates mutual model
Labour MP Gareth Thomas has called for the government to honour pledges to support the development of the mutual financial model in the UK in a debate in Parliament today.
Addressing parliament, Mr Thomas, who is chairman of the Co-operative party, said: “Despite a coalition commitment to help mutuals, thus far in financial services there has been little of note.
