Aviva confirms Lloyd’s return with £242m Probitas deal
Aviva has struck a deal to acquire Probitas, confirming its return to Lloyd's this morning (4 March).
The insurer has agreed to acquire 100% of Probitas Holdings (Bermuda) Limited, the ultimate holding company of the Probitas Group, for a minimum fixed consideration of £242m.
