KPMG’s Evans expects Consumer Duty to evolve in 2024

Former Association of British Insurers director general Huw Evans expects the Financial Conduct Authority’s Consumer Duty requirements will "evolve" next year.

Speaking exclusively to Insurance Post, Evans, who will replace Trevor Jones as head of insurance at KPMG in April, said 2024 will highlight how the Consumer Duty is a process rather than a one-off
