Direct Line snaps up By Miles
Direct Line Group has acquired By Miles Group to bolster “digital-first journeys” for customers.
The group, which already underwrites By Miles’ new business, said the acquisition has “negligible impact” on its capital position.
This follows a difficult first three months of the year for Direct
