Qudos buyer’s €46m lawsuit against former owner pushed back

Qudos owner New Nordic Advisor’s legal action against Echelon Financial Holdings has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Proceedings, through which New Nordic is seeking damages relating to its purchase of now failed Danish unrated insurer Qudos, are now expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2020.
