PIB reveals £75.6m acquisitions bill for 2019
PIB Group’s bill for buying five companies last year was £75.6m, according to a filing at Companies House, which also revealed the results of stress tests to assess the impact of Covid-19.
The firm’s annual results for the year to 31 December 2019 showed the total consisted of £43.7m in cash, £22.4m for deferred consideration, £6.9m of contingent consideration and financed by issuing
