As reported in The Daily Telegraph this week, Towergate's Peter Cullum has warned that too many businesses are "traumatised" by the recession and are failing to prepare for the future, and that now is the time to be planning "transformational changes from which to profit when the economy recovers".

I couldn't agree more. But, and there's a big 'but', how exactly does he expect these traumatised businesses, especially struggling start-ups, to achieve this transformation? Sadly, we were denied
