Suncorp buys a further 11.3 million shares in New Zealand's Tower
Brisbane-headquartered financial services group Suncorp has increased its stake in New Zealand general insurer Tower.
Suncorp paid NZ$1.4 per share for 11.3 million shares from Perpetual after buying 18.8 million shares for NZ$1.3 in February; Suncorp now owns 19.9% of Tower - below the 20% threshold of the New
